Inlet has not been protected. Driveway still has two mud holes and hasn't been stabalized. Some trackout on street and mud in gutter.

Trackout that was cleaned up has been replaced by more trackout and loose dirt in gutter.
2nd warning. Notified builder Doug ###-#### to stabilzed entrance, fill in area that is a mud puddle. Sweep gutter, install sediment control on receiving storm drain or gutter check bag.
GC said gutter will be swept today, entrance/driveway fixed by Thursday. Follow up scheduled.
