Onsite meeting and walk through with RP John. ESC permit sign and SWPPP info board is posted at entrance. Existing gravel/dirt access through parcel will have addition construction rock installed by excavator when they start grading next week.

Silt fence is installed along the Farmer's Lateral canal, in addition there is a 30 ft easement along canal which will also serve as a buffer. Storm drain sediment bag installed in DI on Kendall at project entrance. Requested that dust control be a priority during grading and hauling work.

Flat lot. Previous homes have been demolished, some tree removal is on going.

Approved for construction.
