Slurry from curb cutting was thoroughly cleaned up and dried materials swept out of gutter. Culprit was A-core, who has equipment and machinery to prevent slurry runoff and dumpings.

Site now has valid RP and reviewed ESC permit rules for foothills SFH construction. RP to install wattle between project and occupied home to prevent sediment runoff over their retaining wall.

Note: site special investigation fee removed due to the slurry not being actual concrete washout and the prompt response to clean up and get in compliance. Will follow up on wattles next week.
