ESC plan review and site walk through conducted. ESC permit sign posted on job trailer.

Construction entrances are installed on Franklin, no access to Cloverdale for haul trucks. Concrete has been poured, Ecopan washouts are onsite. One for truck chutes, and a low clearance one for pump trucks. Storm drain on Franklin west of entrance has filter fabric installed. Site has uneven surface, so ponding will occur. Road mix has already been spread around site so should help reduce mud. Silt fence perimeter is trenched in at potential low spots and is combined with a chain link fence. Large dumpster onsite.

Approved. Site has filed a LEW for CGP 2017 requirements.

Work started without site prep inspection.
Construction entrance is a mix of round and crushed rock, needs to be lined to prevent pumpimg. An entrance further west on Franklin was being used, gate was locked and was only way in.
Silt fence along Franklin needs to be retrenched in places, fence along Cloverdale is for show, all water flows onto site, steep grade away right behind fence.
