The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a 2 level single family dwelling with a NFPA 13D multipurpose system. The piping is PEX with residential sprinklers.

WUI Zone A; **Special inspections required, see form #310** This structure is required to be fire sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13D** Permit for the construction of a new 4,770 sq. ft., two story (lower level1,836 sq. ft., upper level 2,934 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms, approximately 856 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 757 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans, engineering, ACCA report and any notations. A separate fire sprinkler permit will be required. Fire/life safety inspection required for turf grass installation; ref approval under CFH16-00020. R-1B zoning and setbacks per planning.//leg ***A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
