The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a trampoline park. There is a mezzanine below. This is a change of use. Therefore, current code applies.

This building is fully fire sprinklered to allow for area increase. Permit to remodel an existing 22,476 sq ft retail tenant space for a new fitness trampoline park. Work to include demo of interior non-structural partitions; new interior non-bearing walls; new elevated walkway platforms connecting trampoline areas; new mezzanine; new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JAR**

This project includes approved code alternates to the following fire protection systems and/or building life safety systems. Please review the supplemental documents attached to this building permit case for details. Fire protection “shop drawings” shall include approved code alternate design.
