(PEKING TOKYO ASIAN BISTRO) **2nd PLAN MODIFICATION 05-11-20 for modifications to the mechaincal design and sheet M1.0** **PLAN MODIFICATION 9-30-19 To modify truss reinforcing for fire sprinkler pipe between trusses, SEE SHEET S-1.00.** This building is adding a fire sprinkler system for building area increase and for fire area. Building to the east (Sockeye Brewing) shall also be retrofitted with fire sprinklers through an Upgrade Agreement (attached to this case) at a later date. Permit to remodel an existing 2,687 square foot mercantile space into a restaurant. Work is to include new non-bearing interior walls, two toilet rooms to be accessible to the disabled, dining area, sushi bar, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. A new kitchen with a new Type I Hood, new UL listed kitchen equipment, and a portion of the concrete slab will be saw cut and removed to facilitate underslab plumbing and a new concrete slab on grade will be placed to patch the concrete after the plumbing is complete. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any installation work on such systems. **JHB**

Please provide the following to complete you prescreen:
1) Fill out and upload checklist form #520 into the documents folder. This form must accompany the submittal with all pages completed and filled out with page references. All items required by checklist must be uploaded. A complete prescreen review cannot be completed without the submission of a checklist.
2) COMcheck reports are required to be printed on the plans per the checklist. Upload additional plans with COMcheck reports that are stamped and signed by design professional.
3) Either provide and Erosion and Sediment Control waiver request or provide Erosion and Sediment Control Plans & Narrative for the installation of the grease interceptor in the parking lot. Contact Andy Long ###-#### AJLong@cityofboise.org
4) Provide structural drawings in addition to the submitted structural calculations that reflect the scope of work defined in the calculations. These drawings must be stamped/signed by the structural engineer.
5) Provide approved health department plans and application that shows the Central District Health approval stamp and signature. Upload these documents into the documents folder.
6) Sheet index on the cover page does not include sheet P-1.01. Revise sheet index to include all sheets included in the plans set.
7) Provide a demolition plan.
