**(ROLLING HILLS PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL)** Permit is to add 6'x7' door to a hallway near the Entry. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: istalling the door and a partial wall, installing an electrified strike (push button under reception desk) with panic hardware on the door, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. A certificate of completion is to be issued upon final inspection and approval of the project. **BJM**
