Riser room is not 1 hour rated as required under BMC 7-01-51. Provide apartment numbers instead of apartment letters as specified under the Building Permit Fire Code Review Comments section 12A. Sprinkler escutcheon needs to cover entire sprinkler hole penetration, furnace rooms in apartments labeled A, C and D at time of inspection had large gaps between sheetrock and edge of escutcheon.

Hard wire riser room heaters instead of plug in as discussed.

Locate the street trees along Bogart Lane within the landscape planter located between the sidewalk and the curb line.
Install landscape planter islands at the terminus of each row of parking. The planters shall be a minimum of 8-feet in width (measured inside of curb to inside of curb) and include the required Class II or Class III tree with low shrubs or other vegetative groundcover.
Install a mixture of deciduous and evergreen trees, shrubs, or other vegetative groundcover in the northwest corner of the site that will create a visual barrier that provides a minimum of 60-percent of a barrier within five years of planting for the existing single-family residential dwelling that is an “out parcel”.
Locate all site lighting outside of the required planter islands.
Clearly identify all mechanical units and how they will be screened.
