Work to include: Demo of an interior demising wall, roof top structural work see engineering package, stairs and landing @ north east man door, (4) new RTU's with new gas lines, electrical work, plumbing work, and relocating a modular office. Separate permit required for racking exceeding 8'-0". Approval of work is contingent on adhering to the approved plans. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department.
