The tenant space is on the 14th floor, approximately 242 sq. ft. and was previously used as a professional business office. The new tenant, Ampersand Bar will have a total of 12 occupants and is classified as a B occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. A fire alarm permit is required for any required modifications for the new use and shall be installed per NFPA #72 as regulated by the fire department. **JHB**
