(LOOP TECHNOLOGIES OFFICE BUILDING - SHELL & CORE) Permit to construct a new 5,185 sqft. building and related site improvements. No occupancy allowed under this permit. Future tenants shall apply for certificate of occupancy prior to occupying either vacant space. Scope of work includes: construction of a reinforced concrete foundation with crawlspace, construction of wood stud framed exterior and interior walls, P.E. roof trusses, two accessible restrooms, installation of new windows and doors, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing, site work, and interior finishes. Interior finishes are to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. New structures are required to be fully accessible in compliance with A117.4-2009. The building is not fire sprinkled. I have removed all unnecessary words within the file naming on this project, but I will be rejecting future project at prescreen with incorrect file naming.
