Work to include: Demo select shelving, select equipment, two portions of non-load bearing wall, install walk in cooler, reach-in coolers, display tables, shelving, plumbing fixtures, millwork, finishes, mechanical work, electrical work, and plumbing work. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. **MDH**

The tenant improvement plans shall be reviewed by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor, to determine what, if any, modifications are necessary to maintain code compliance within the project area. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems.

The refrigeration drawings, R1.1-R5.1 have a 2016 CTA titleblock but are not stamped/signed by CTA. Please provide stamped/signed drawings from CTA with a current date if they are acting as consultant, provide a letter from CTA allowing use/alteration of their drawings, or provide drawings from CSHQA instead.

If these drawings are not necessary for permit (ie all code requirements are addressed on other architectural, plumbing, mechanical sheets), please identify which sheets need to be deleted from ePlanReview.
