(ST JOHN’S FOOD BANK) Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a food bank that is located on the lower level of an existing church office/gathering space. There are (2) two rooms on the south half of the building that will be occupied by the food bank. The occupant load factor used was 1:200 (608 sf \200 = 3.04) resulting in an occupant load of 4 for both rooms. There will be a change in use of this space from a “B” occupancy to “S-2.” This space was previously occupied by "St John’s Cathedral Parish Office" under BLD02-01733. NO NEW CONSTRUCTION IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is not fire sprinklered. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **JHB**
