(MOUNTAIN WEST IRA, INC. – OFFICE – OCCUPANCY) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a new office tenant within an existing 2,497 square foot tenant space located within an existing 10,677 square foot, one story multi-tenant building. This tenant space is located in the Northeast corner of the building and was formerly occupied by Morris Orthodontics. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled. Separate Occupancy Permits are required to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for other tenants in this building within tenant spaces where no work is being done. A separate tenant improvement permit with drawings prepared by an Idaho licensed Architect is required to combine or expand tenant spaces. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system, if any, is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
