This building is fire sprinkled for area increase. Permit to remodel an existing 7,840 sqft restaurant A-2 building. The remodel will divide the existing building into two tenant spaces permit BLD20-00308 is for 3,705 sqft West side space and BLD20-00725 for vanilla T.I. 2,915 sqft East side space the remodel will eliminate 1,220 sqft from the originally constructed total area. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.
