1 or 2 piles of dumped concrete material, also looks like some stucco. Will have the swale cleaned and investigate who may have dumped the material

Sidewalks LLc on side doing curbing, knife river delivering mud. Did not see a washout or any dumped washout on site. No construction entrance, area is prepped for road bed.
Sidewalk and curbing on Boise ASve also needs to be installed.
