(HENRIKSEN BUTLER) This tenant improvement project is for the 1st floor of a office building with a separated basement. The existing basement has and will maintain 2 independent exterior stairways. The tenant in the 2st floor with me a mixed M and B occupancy as they sell and display office furniture as well as have their offices for the business located on the same floor. A new open office area and conference room will be created as well as a new ADA compliant restroom. A deferred submittal for the exterior accessible route will be provided. All interior finish shall meet the requirements of IBC chapter 8. This building is not fire sprinklered. **ajs**
