DRH18-00370/DRH18-00372 Grading: GRD18-00092 - Permit to construct a new two story, pre-engineered metal office/warehouse building and related site improvements with an area of 21,690 sq. ft. 1st floor and 9,246 sq. ft. on the 2nd floor. The pre-engineered metal building will be utilized as an office and vehicle repair shop. Scope of work includes: construction of footing foundation, slab on grade concrete floor, pre-engineered metal building walls/roof, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and site work along with interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC per the approved plans.
