(KNIFE RIVER) **PLAN MODIFICATION 9-9-19** FOR FIRE RATING UNDERNEATH STAIR, RATED CEILING AT ELEVATOR SHAFT, AND NEW WALLS ON SECOND FLOOR WITH NEW DOOR & PANIC HARDWARE. DRH18-00370/DRH18-00372 Grading: GRD18-00092 - Permit to construct a new two story, pre-engineered metal office/warehouse building and related site improvements with an area of 21,690 sq. ft. 1st floor and 9,246 sq. ft. on the 2nd floor. The pre-engineered metal building will be utilized as an office and vehicle repair shop. Scope of work includes: construction of footing foundation, slab on grade concrete floor, pre-engineered metal building walls/roof, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and site work along with interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC per the approved plans. This building will be fully Fire Sprinklered and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: Special Inspections Required see form 310. **JHB** NOTE:
