(CSB WAREHOUSE EXPANSION) This building is fire sprinkled for area increase. This building area analysis under previous code modification which required separation by 3-hour fire walls; this permit does not alter any of the 3-hour fire walls so remains under previous code modification for over area. Refer to BLD14-00304 plan review for details. Permit to remove a demising wall separating two warehouse spaces and combine into one warehouse space total 147,205 sq.ft.. Work to include: Demo of an interior demising wall, roof top structural work see engineering package, stairs and landing @ north east man door, (4) new RTU's with new gas lines, electrical work, plumbing work, and relocating a modular office. Separate permit required for racking exceeding 8'-0". Approval of work is contingent on adhering to the approved plans. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. 475 According to city approved drawings the new the new HVAC roof top untis are 3900 CFM each, HVAC units that are more than 2000 CFM requires unit shutdown on in-duct smoke detector activation. A seperate FIR perit will be required for any and all additions/modifications to the fire alarm system, no other items have been inspected.
