Verify completion of all existing conditions in compliance with code requirements for the new E occupancy, including panic hardware on all exterior doors, emergency egress lighting on backup, exit signs, etc. There is an Occupant Load Reduction limiting the total occupant load to 100. If occupant load exceeds 100, an emergency voice/alarm communication system is required. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system for area increase.
