- Additional rock added on top of existing entrance to Shoreline/27th. Length increased.
- sandy road mix added for site haul loop. Trucks enter and exit via the rock entrance and avoid muddy areas and limit travel through site. Access to lined washout pit has also been stabilized with the road mix.
Requested that sidewalk and gutter around the entrance should be broomed and swept at the end of each day or as soon as significant trackout is visible.

Site is now active. ESC permit sign posted on job trailer in SW corner of site. Rock construction entrance is properly installed on 27th Street. Surrounding MS4 storm drains have sediment protection installed. Current dry conditions are allowing truck to exit onto Fairview using existing access points without trackout. RP stated he will install rock construction entrance on Fairview and update SWPPP site map with location as use increases or trackout becomes an issue.
Perimeter wattles installed on west side of project. Additional fill dirt is being hauled onto site by Lurre. Water truck is operating to control fugitive dust.
Approved for construction. Notified RP that they will need to post EPA CGP permit & swppp info.
