Grading of Phase 2 of Highlands Cove Subdivision. See GRD for project description. Hillside zone subdivsion development. Construction entrances to prevent trackout, hillside erosion controls, and fugitive dust control as described in approved SWPPP must be implemented. Perimeter dikes to be installed on parcels to direct stormwater runoff away from graded slopes. Slopes greater than 2:1 will have ECBs installed in addition to hydroseeding. Site preparation inspection is required.

Home with erosion on Nines Ridge has impleemented stabilization (will follow up with Bruce with CM Company). No requests at this time - looks like it needs to be seeded.

4249 Nines Ridge (Waller residence) is source of mudslide. Water line break occured. CM Company has been hired for doing foundation and hillside works, no activity will occur till nextweek once the slope has dried.

Sediment runoff and erosion on terraced lots ocurred during storm event. Upper swale and drain has been clogged with mud, erosion and rills around the stormwater ponds. Ponds will need to have deposited sediment cleaned up.

Correction request to repair section of silt fence removed for work on golf course.

Crews will be cleaning out gutters and storm drains. Additional perimeter controls are need at bottom of dip on Sandpoint.

No offsite discharges or issues observed. Grass on slopes is growing. Areas where ECBs were installed are growing, but tenting is occuring due to plants lifting up the blanket. Error could be installing blankets over the wattles prevent good contact with the soil.

Crews need to evenly space at a minimum 5 stakes per wattle section, approximately 5 ft apart. Wattles need be aligned along the contour and trenched 2-4 inches into hillside, not just laid in the perpendicular tracks.
