The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of connecting to the existing below grade feed main. Extend the new wet system piping to the above grade kitchen studio and lobby areas for levels 1 and 2. Areas shall be protected for light and ordinary hazards, utilizing extended coverage and standard sprinklers.

(JUMP - JACK'S URBAN MEETING PLACE - ABOVE GRADE TENANT IMPROVEMENT) - To finish for occupancy a 240,445 sq. ft., six story social meeting and education building with a four level parking garage. The first floor consists of parking on the south, a driveway and circulation areas, the fire command center, an entry lobby on the south with a kitchen and seating area, restrooms, storage and mechanical areas. There are also some building storage, mechanical, trash and sprinkler rooms. The second floor consists of administrative offices and restrooms above the entry lobby. The third floor contains a level of parking on the south, circulation and egress areas, an outdoor garden studio, as well as, building storage, maintenance and sprinkler rooms. The fourth floor has a parking garage level with a dust containment room along with electrical and storage rooms. There are circulation and egress areas with a terrace and public restrooms. There is an Inspiration Studio and a Multi Media Studio. The fifth floor has a Sculpture Garden at the top of the parking garage. Within the Sculpture Garden there is a Makers Studio, a party area with a trellis cover and a kitchen. There are also circulation and egress areas with a large entry lobby, outdoor seating area, public restrooms, a Movement Studio and a Multi-Purpose Studio. At the center is the Jump Room Studio. The sixth floor has a large Sky Lobby, circulation and egress areas and two terraces. At the center is the Pioneer Grand Ballroom with a catering kitchen. There are mechanical equipment wells at a portion of the roof area. The construction of all exterior circulation and egress areas, exterior stairways, elevators and mechanical shafts and the completion of all mechanical, electrical and machine rooms were done under the shell permit BLD13-00016. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. This high-rise building is fully fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system. Separate Fire Protection permits will be required for the necessary fire protection modifications; as regulated by the Fire Department. JCM
