Previous corrections for the basement and second floor have been addressed except for the sidewall head in the stairs to the second floor is still overspaced. Still missing water supply and contractor needs to provide non-combustible blocking to the basement fireing range. Also still need plan modifications approved for the piping re-route and additional fittings.

Inspection today was for the basement and second floor rough-in and hydro tests. Hydro tests failed due to test pump and the need to modify the system. See the city approved plans for location and corrections needed which include overspaced heads, missing branchline restraints, missing flexible cplgs and missing coverage. Ball drip is installed in wrong side of check valve. Plans need to be resubmitted showing the pipin routing changes including riser nipples, additional piping heads and elevation changes.

Ok to cover main and branch and arm overs on 1st floor. A few missing hangars, contractor to correct. Verified all uprights on 1st floor, except one located above back stair well and one under front stairwell, to be verified later. All pendant locations including dry pendant drops to be verifed later. Gave OK to change from pendant to sidewall in front stair well, to be installed centered on soffit and 4" below.
