The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Remodel for a new office tenant. This building was upgraded under BLD06-01825, it was fire sprinklered for story and area increase. Work to include: demolition of existing non-bearing walls, construction of new interior non-bearing walls to several independent area, installation of new mechanical, new electrical, new lighting, new plumbing, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
