3- man j shows 2 supply runs in bedrooms 2&3 only has one installed- need to add per man j or resubmit to city for approval as installed
4- exposed insulation on flex duct in crawl needs vapor barrier installed
5- main supply trunk in crawl pinched off due to plumbing drain at crawl entrance
