(GOOD BURGER III) **Permit for a tenant improvement in an existing 1,502 sq. ft. tenant space for a new restaurant and commercial kitchen. Work to include construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls; new seating and kitchen; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Outdoor seating will require a site plan and elevations approved by Design Review staff and City Clerk approval of a Sidewalk Café permit prior to building permit submittal or placement of any furnishings. Furnishings shall allow for a minimum 5-foot-wide pedestrian corridor, free of obstructions at all times. All furnishings shall be limited to 3-feet in height.

Any structural encroachments into the right-of-way require Design Review approval and a recorded license agreement with the Ada County Highway District.
