Discussed overhead service entrance clearance from windows. New service mast will be located between windows and from attachment point should clear windows by well over the 3' needed. Will install 2 ground rods and will include metal underground water pipe in future if needed. New panels will be installed in each unit with new house panel, new codes only apply to new work being performed.
