Fire sprinkler, fire alarm and fire alarm communicator trades need to be coordinated together to complete this inspection. Provide a record of testing from the monitoring service as discussed. Smoke detector in dayroom is over 23 feet from corner, relocate for code compliance. Provide fan shutdown on large ceiling fan on appuratus floor. Fire alarm system is an engineered system, a resubmittal for plan mod is required to show the addition of the smoke detector in the captians quarters and the addition of the fan shutdown relay. No devices were tested and monitoring was not verified.
