Permit is to remodel an existing 2,432 sq. ft. tenant space within an existing building for office/warehouse. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: construction of interior bearing walls and floors/ceiling to create a 424 sq. ft. storage mezzanine, a main level office and reception area, a new stairway, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows, select new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
