There is a total of 8 storage building areas located on a single parcel. The entire scope of work includes construction of 12 individual storage buildings with a total of 107 storage units, a 658 sq. ft. clubhouse space with two single user restrooms, and a small counter with a sink. These buildings are not fire sprinklered. The buildings are divided into fire areas that shall not exceed 12,000 sq. ft. Special inspections required per attached Form 310.
