RP stated that once curb is in they will provide stabilized access with roadmix. In meanwhile they will scrape/sweep up trackout. Trackout not extending to Warm Springs.

Trash along back of building on west side has been picked up. No significant trackout beyond site, no construction entrance installed and some vehicles parking next to building will cause trackout.

Will follow up later this week on schedule for Suez to pave over new water construction.

Vertical construction in progress on apartment building. Site is not yet paved, most worker vehicles are parked on street to prevent trackout. Some minor trackout to Goodman, but does not extend to Warm Springs. Permit sign posted, trash container onsite. Site is below grade of surrounding area and retains stormwater.

Correction request:
- pick up loose trash around site, in particular on the NW side of building.
- continue to do regualar cleaning of trackout until curb and sidewalk is installed and new road mix base can be put in parking lot. Note: Suez water to return to pick up asphalt pile and small stock pile.
- sweep dirt in entrance to adjacent dental office.
