Meeting with Mike with ProVision Landscaping (208.514.7457) to provide training and BMP flipguide on wattle installation. 9 AM
required installation specifications:
- 8 " wattle
- set wattle in 2-3" deep half circle trench along countour/perimeter (within 1 ft of fence line)
- stake wattles at ends and at 4-5 intervals in between. Adjoining sections should be overlapped 6" and staked tightly together
- backfill trench dirt on upslope side of wattle
Provided BMP booklet and RP manual. Mike will enroll in class as well

Wattle installed not per specifications. No trench. No overlap or tight butting.

Backfill from foundations pushed to rear of lot. No perimeter control for sediment and earthen berm that was installed to prevent water from going down slope has been graded over.
Correction request to Clint to re-grade berm and install wattle at bottom of subdivision fence.
