Site is excavated below grade. Perimeter BMPs on sidewalk on warm springs side, area excavated for seepage beds. Washout on site, entrance needs to be maintained. Lrge stockpiles on site, wil need to be addressed if idle for more than 2 eeks.

-permit sign posted.
- perimeter has sidewalk and landscaping already installed, site is below grade of surrounding areas. Just need to keep sidewalks clean, no stockpiling on sidewalk
- correction request to do maintenance on construction entrance. Add angular or crushed 1.5"-3" rock
- lined pit method of concrete washout will be used.
- onsite stormwater swale is being installed. Will protect with wattles once complete

trash complaint received through code enforcement

No loose trash observed on site. Significant construction activity and wind in area is an issue. Harris Ranch landscape crew was picking up trash in common areas along Warm Springs bypass.

. Work is now underway removing stockpile. No violations. Spoke with listed RP Scott to request site preparation when set up.
