Site walk through conducted with RP & site superintendent Cory w/ ESI.

Site entrance is at SE corner of project via Broadway (road to St. Luke's parking). Existing asphalt to remain. Rock construction exit with rumble bars is installed at SW end. Trucks will exit here and proceed to EB Warm Springs.

- surrounding MS4 storm drains have sediment protection. Private drain on St. Lukes road is also protected.
- ecopans will be used for washout
- secondary containment to be installed for onsite fueling

Approved for construction. Permit sign posted at entrance and on job trailer.
