Reviewed ESC plan with RP. Crew in process of installing rock construction entrance on existing site access. Building pad is flat. Will preserve the vegetated bank and earthen berm along the edge everywhere exempt where house and water line come in from Cartwright.

Will install lined concrete washout. Approved to start. RP-GC Lloyd to be onsite daily.
