Construction entrances have been tracked over and compacted, lots of dirt in gutter and a boulder on street.
Washout pans have over flowed and need to be serviced before any more pours.
Giant mountain of backfill on site.
Perimeter wattles in good shape.

Construction entrances installed are not long or wide enough, using round rocks with no scraping edges.
Evidence of trackout and clean up with water being done on the street.
Notified RP that entrance need to be lengthen and rock added needs to be crushed/angular.
RP states that trackout occured by drivers avoiding trackpad yesterday. Corrections to make an entrance and exit route (enter west entrance, leave east entrance) and the exit trackout pad will have more rock and length added.

Perimter sediment control wattles are installed, rock construction entrance and trackpad installed on south boundary.
Grading crew has water truck on site for any dust control needed. For now, will wait to see where stormwater flows to see if we should install inlet protection at allumbaugh and whisperwood roundabout.
Plan is to use ecopan washouts for concrete washout, and to get paving done after foundation and prior to going vertical.
RP Ben onsite, provide ESC permit signs for posted. Issued warning/reminder regarding scheduling ESC site preparation inspections at start of project.
