Inspected both homes and met with both RPs. No flow off of front of sites. Some rilling on rear hill, verry small. All followed fall line and went to wattles. Will clean up hill when dry enough to walk on without causing damage. Grass is starting to grow on hillside.

Met with owner/builder and did site walk. Will begin with stripping topsoil and will keep it stockpiled. Will provide entrance for when hauling fill.
Will do lifts on rear hill. Currently only grading approved, will not build yet.
