Description
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a three story (24) plex with a NFPA 13 R system. The system has floor level control valves and utilizes CPVC piping. The 4” underground piping supplies a 2” backflow preventer and header. The system has 2” mains with 1” branch lines.
• The underground piping is under permit FIR18-00013
• The foundation is under permit BLD17-02477
Plan Mod #1 – 8/16/2018
• Piping to the dry sidewall was re-routed.
• The FDC location was moved about 10.-0 on the same wall.
• Additional 90° Elbows were added in the calculations for the 2. pipe that goes underneath of the breezeway to accommodate actual installation.
• The pipe layout was changed on the end units.
• Some rooms that originally had 2 sprinklers heads were changed to now only have 1 sprinkler head.
• All new hydraulic calculations are provided.
