The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a three level apartment building. The bottom and top level are a side feed design; the middle level is gridded. The project utilizes residential sprinklers and CPVC piping. There are floor control valves for each level.

There are three building permits under this Eplan (BLD17-04464, BLD17-04465 and BLD18-00248). Permit to build the East Building, a 23,742 sq ft multi-family R2 apartment building. This project consists of two 3-story, multi-family residential buildings and one single-story detached carport, and related site work. The two multi-family buildings are of Type VB construction and fully sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system for building area increase. Separate fire sprinkler and fire alarm permits are required as regulated by Boise Fire Department. **JAR**

This project includes approved code alternates to the following fire protection systems and/or building life safety systems. Please review the supplemental documents attached to this building permit case for details. Fire protection “shop drawings” shall include approved code alternate design.
