Install a new 2" CPVC line into the new Apartment Bldg. This is only for the underground line. A full fire sprinkler submittal will follow at a later date.

Building H: (SKYLINE APARTMENTS- BUILDING TYPE 4, Building H)(12 units) The NFPA 13-R fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy and for story increase. To construct a 17,898 square foot three story VB Type of Construction apartment building (5,984 sq. ft. 1st story 5,957 sq. ft. 2nd story 5,597 sq. ft. 3rd story. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slabs on grade, wood stud bearing walls, wood stud shear walls, fiberglass shingles, 1-hr dwelling unit separations, 1 hour fire barriers for stair and breezeways, rated doors in breezeway, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is NOT required. The roof truss design is a deferred submittal item. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13-R as regulated by the Fire Department.
