Provide missing sprinkler head in bay window of master bedroom or provide exception, sprinkler heads are overspaced from the ceiling transition edge in the Kitchen area, provide sprinkler coverage under the second floor walkway as discussed, fix tenting as discussed. See the city approved plans for locations. Also the hydro test failed due to visible loss of pressure on the guage.
