Visible leaks plus pressure loss on riser gauges during hydro. Multiple areas that have 4.9K heads closer than 24 inches to heat registers in restrooms. Replace heads in areas where 5.6K should have been installed and 4.9K were put in place. Replace 5.6K head in apartment that should be a 4.9K. Dry sidewall head in south exterior room is farther than 6 inches from the deck, could not find any documentation allowing head to be outside the 4 too 6 inch measurement range. Provide head guards on heads under stairs, level 1.

Rough to cover inspection for levels 1, 2 and 3 complete, levels 1,2 and 3 suite rooms approved for cover, city approved plans are notated with red ink areas approved for cover, corridor heads to be cut in after ceiling grid is installed.
