Visible leaks plus pressure loss on riser gauges during hydro. Multiple areas that have 4.9K heads closer than 24 inches to heat registers in restrooms. Replace heads in areas where 5.6K should have been installed and 4.9K were put in place. Replace 5.6K head in apartment that should be a 4.9K. Dry sidewall head in south exterior room is farther than 6 inches from the deck, could not find any documentation allowing head to be outside the 4 too 6 inch measurement range. Provide head guards on heads under stairs, level 1.

According to GC the roof has an R-30 rating, as shown on city approved drawings R-38 is minimum R value to be compliant with approved drawings, cover is not approved for level 4.
