(BRIGHTSTAR TAFT) ***PLAN MOD TO CHANGE THE CONCRETE PATIO TO A WOOD PATIO WITH PERGOLA, FOOTINGS REQUIRE REBAR SEE STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS. Permit to construct a 5,370 sqft single story R-4 condition 2 residential group home with 10 bedrooms, 2 accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers, 2 accessible half bathrooms, approximately 650 sqft cover patio/porch, and a 560 sqft. garage per the approved plan and notations. Work to include: construction of traditional concrete foundation with stem wall and vented crawlspace, VB wood construction, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work, and site work. Approval is contingent on adhering to the building plan review report, approved plans, notations, engineering, local codes and ordinances. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building will be fully fire sprinkled (NFPA 13R) with an approved fire alarm system. Fire sprinkler inspection is complete, fire alarm inspection is complete, fire extinguishers are placed with current inspection tags, knox box is located by fire sprinkler riser room. Main entry and rear exit have mag locks installed as required by NFPA101 as well as state requirements for the type of use for this building. Mag locks do release on fire alarm activation and remain unlocked until fire panel is reset. Final life fire safety inspection is complete, signature card not available at time of inspection.
