Per conversation with Chad BME will be pulling a separate permit for suite #108.

Suite #108 items needing correction are: sprinkler modifications, sprinkler monitoring, repair exit sign, remove thumbturn deadbolt at exits.

Suite #102 (this tenant in all other spaces) needs : thumbturn deadbolt removed from exterior and interior exits, ceiling tile installed in mechanical room, bent sprinkler head repaired at overhead door, racking permit for racks over 8', exterior door hardware, possible deleting Paint Room door (need plan review approval), provide sprinkler coverage under paint room door, repair insulation at roof deck in Paint Room, Paint Room process needs plan review approval, door sticker at main exit needs provided, sprinkler piping hanger on second floor needs repaired. Provide building address and correct suit number, provide missing sprinkler coverage in Server Room, replace painted head outside of Server Room at roof deck, straighten head under overhead door at northwest loction, delete pendant and provide sprinkler coverage under both northeast overhead doors, provide sprinkler coverage under stairs to mezzanine, provide racking permit for all racking over 8' or storage over 12', remove tape from sprinkler head in Office, replace bent sprinkler head in Restroom, remove thumbturn deadbolts from all doors, main exit can be keyed both sides with sticker as discussed. Provide submittals to plan review for the Spraying Operation that is taking place and provide sprinkler coverage for makeshift plastic booth. Provide annual inspection of the fire sprinkler system and provide fire sprinkler monitoring.
