(BOISE LOVE INC.) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Special inspections for concrete required per attached Form 310. To construct a new free standing 30'x65' storage building that totals 1,950 sq. ft. Work is to include concrete piers & footings, concrete foundation stem walls, concrete slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building frame, metal wall panels, metal roof panels, three sectional overhead doors, and a double side-hinged swinging exit door. This building will not be conditioned or insulated. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This building is only approved for occupancy and use during the daytime since no mean of egress illumination is being provided. See letter submitted with this case by the applicant stating the storage building will only be accessed in day-light hours. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit. **JHB**
