Permit to create a 2,054 square foot tenant space within an existing 11,940 square foot, 1 story building constructed under BLD05-01459. This tenant space is located in the center of the building. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, suspended ceilings, finishes, accessible drinking fountain, service sink, (2) new RTU's, mechanical work, electrical work, and plumbing work. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes. Interior finishes shall comply with 2015 IBC chapter 8.
