This floor area includes the 1,926 square foot office area, the 535 square foot garage, and the 86 square foot breezeway. All residential uses in this building are required to be abandoned. The 535 square foot garage is now classified as an S-2 occupancy parking garage. The 828 square foot basement is approved only for mechanical equipment. This building is not approved for classroom use. It is approved for office use and for limited meeting room use associated with the office use. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two single-user toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, exterior doors, and finishes. Cooking operations that create grease laden vapors are not allowed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
