Common areas around Tioga culdesac have been landscaped with sod and trees. All DIs in new phase have inlet protection.

Silt fence is still installed along 8 mile creek between both phases of Peppermill from Hollandale to Peconic. Silt fence should be removed once the southeast portion of path shoulder are stabilized/landscaped. No immediate corrections, will continue to monitor. No SFH construction in phase 2 yet.

Sheet flow from weekend thunderstorms has carried lots of sediment and dirt on the streets of both phases of Peppermill.

CBH homes also source of lot of runoff.

Corrections needed:
- clean out DI bags on Hollandale outside of the sub and sweep gutter.
- sweep streets when wind has decreased.
- get water truck on site.
- do maintenance on all DIs in Peppermill.

Construction entance is not installed in location where dump/haul trucks will use. No major trackout, but will be very bad in wet conditions. Request to install construction entrance per construction sheet details and use signage and/or training to driver/haulers to utilize it to prevent trackout issues

No site prep inspection/notification requested prior to earth disturbance and after permit issuance.
